Just finished full day of instructor training with my two national chief instructor, Sifu Riccardo Di Vito and Sifu Gianluca Giusto for HKB Black Flag Wing Chun Italy. It was a fun hard working on the intent power and three ranges(Heaven earth man) of Impulse Shock power (Host Keng).... Now enjoying my favorite authentic tiramisu chocolate gelato :)
