Return to USA tomorow after successful HKB trip in Indonesia

Packing my bags to return to USA after very successful HKB trip in Indonesia that consisted of past generation interviews and documentation, training, discussion, approval of HKB new program as well as inauguration of the new HKB Kuntao by the elders(direct senior students of late GM Kwee King Yang) in addition to the current HKB Wing Chun. Full report of this trip will soon follow. This trip concludes my 25 of flying times in 2011.

Shaolin HKB official trip to Indonesia between December 8-19, 2011
Sifu Lin Xiang Fuk, accompanied with his team leaders, Sifu Benny Meng and Suheng Kenneth Rimestad(not arrived yet until wednesday) went to Indonesia to accomplish the following Objectives;

1. For Sifu Lin Xiang Fuk, as the CEO Founder of The Official Shaolin HKB International,
A. He wants to Go over the new improved program; Shaolin HKB System, in addition to HKB Eng Chun(that still be offered n the side), to the elders and receive their feedback, advise, approval and blessing.
B. Once, the new Shaolin HKB system has been approved, it will be followed by the official inauguration by the elders.

2. For Sifu Benny Meng, as the curator of VTM(Ving Tsun Museum) who also the current International Program director of the official Shaolin HKB, he
flew in to research, investigate, interview all the living elders, clarify and document the following concerns;
A. Clarify the truth about HKB Wing Chun. Does this system Is actually Wingchun/Eng Chun or not?
B. To clarify and document every living HKB elders regarding their lineage generation, GM Tio Tek Kwie, GM The Kang Hay, GM Lim Bi Kong, GM Tan Swie Ho, GM UN Hauw, GM Xing yen, and others.
C. To clarify and document the truth regarding someone who claim to be a student within Kwee King Yang family.

Sifu Lin Xiang Fuk had arrived in Indonesia on December 8, 2011 followed by sifu Benny Meng, arrived in Indonesia on December 11,2011. Sifu Lin Xiang Fuk made suggestion to GM The Kang Hay to also invite GM Tio Tek Kwie, who was being claimed by S.I. to be his teacher. GM The Kang Hay did invite GM Tio Tek Kwie by phone, after talking for 51 minutes, GM Tio Tek Kwie stated that he was unable to come to attend this meeting.

1. The Shaolin HKB International regarding the Inauguration of the new The Official Shaolin HKB.
2. VTM research, investigation and documentation detail report.

It's been a great trip in Indonesia so far......

Its been very fun and exciting trip so far in Indonesia. On my day 1: Dec 8, 2011, myself and GM the kang hay and GM Xing Yen went on the important discussion regarding the current progress of HKB international expansion including the upcoming project and plans

On the day two; Dec 9,2011. I went in front of all the elders who are legitimate indoor direct disciple of GM Kwee king Yang, to do the annual report of the current HKB International expansion, followed by having me to present and go over the new Shaolin HKB system that I created. The best HKB news of 2012 is that its been approved by the elders and I have received the official permission
 Ans their blessing to go ahead timplementing the new Shaolin HKB system under the banner of HKB Kuntao.

Moreover, on the day Five(today) December 12, 2011, we had the official shaolin HKB inauguration ceremony.
Also Sifu Benny Meng had also arrived in indonesia and today did the VTM official research, interviews,
 Investigation, clarification and documentation in regards to some claims made by certain party

Looking forward for more important task tomorow, including  a super hard core training will be on the menu!!!!

Successful Shaolin HKB Seminar and Event in Dayton, Ohio

Just made it back safe and sound in Virginia last night after successful Shaolin HKB Public Seminar as well as end of year Banquette.. I want to thank you for every in Dayton, especially Suhu Beng Meng who had been going out of the way for their VIP Hospitality. The report from this event will soon follow in shaolinhkb.com.

Looking forward to teach My Instructor tomorow after and teaching my Master Club Class tomorow evening, before my next marathon trip coming up soon next week.

First Day: Rome, Italy.
We had the official Shaolin HKB Interview for the Associate Instructor Candidate Program (AICP), there were some candidates went through the interview process, Five of them were accepted into the program.

Second Day: Rome, Italy
The Full HKB Introduction begin at 10:00am, we went over the detail of Shaolin HKB Unique concept of DETACHMENT, and how it related to Muscle to Tendon Change, Tendon into Bone Marrow, and Intent Cultivation. Followed by the full details on Shaolin HKB Combat Strategy. We covered everything from Maximum Efficiency, Shaolin HKB 18 Formulas, Optimum Body Position, Hand & Leg Techniques, Bridging Hand [Kiao Jiu/Kiu Sao] and Sticky Hand [Niam Jiu/Chi Sao]. We took break at 2pm, followed by very nice Italian Lunch.
At 3pm, we continued to train. The Famous HKB “SUNDAY-Hard-Core” training was on the menu, it was a straight 5 Hours intense super hard training where every ICP really gave everything they had.

Third Day: Rome, Italy
After we took care of the new ICP member registration on the database for the new Shaolin HKB Passport in the morning, we went ahead and continue the more in-depth training. We went on covering the HKB Combat Strategy and Sparring Concept. After Lunch, we continue training and touching the very first step/key of HKB Detachment; Thian, Ti, Jin [Heaven, Earth and Man] Concept.
Toward the end, everybody finally understand why Learrning HKB must “REMOVE the EGO” where more is less and less is more. It was an EYE-Opening to everyone that even though Shaolin HKB is famous for it’s energy release, in fact, Power release/generation is not even being focused, instead, it was simply a byproduct of HKB Detachment.

Fourth Day: Arrived in Salerno-Battigpalia, Italy.

Fifth Day: Battigpalia, ItalyAll the Instructor Candidates went on training on the detail of Shaolin HKB Unique concept of DETACHMENT, and how it related to Muscle to Tendon Change, Tendon into Bone Marrow, and Intent Cultivation. Followed by the full details on Shaolin HKB Combat Strategy. We covered everything from Maximum Efficiency, Shaolin HKB 18 Formulas, Optimum Body Position, Hand & Leg Techniques, Bridging Hand [Kiao Jiu/Kiu Sao] and Sticky Hand [Niam Jiu/Chi Sao].
After Lunch break, we went ahead and introduced the Famous HKB “SUNDAY-Hard-Core” training was on the menu, it was supposed to be straight 5 Hours intense super hard training where every ICP really gave everything they had, unfortunely, the Gym we used closed at 7pm that night. We had to finish it one hour early.

Sixth Day: Battigpalia, Italy
That day we had the 2nd Official HKB Public Seminar in Italy for 2011.
We had many participant coming from all over the country to attend, with various backgrounds.
It was a very very very successful Shaolin HKB Italy seminar today. Many highly skilled instructors  from other association were completely blown away with what ShaolinHKB has to offer. They were extremely impressed by the depth of Shaolin HKB. After the acceptance of 5 additional new instructor candidates the last 1 week, we just received another 3 more requests from that day. The future looks really really bright for shaolin HKB In north, central, south and far south Italy!!!

Seveth Day: Battigpalia, Italy
In the Morning, We had the official Shaolin HKB Interview for the Associate Instructor Candidate Program (AICP), there were some candidates went through the interview process, Four of them were accepted into the program. Then the super hard training began. We covered the “Core Understanding” as the first session, followed by the San Sau format of HKB System. We went on training on the multi-layers of Shaolin HKB Combat Strategies. In the end, we closed it with Shaolin HKB Qi Gong Form and Meditation; Hau Ti Gi Kang [ Hou Tian Qi Gong ].

Conclusion:
With the rate we are going, Shaolin HKB continue to grow very fast in North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Middle East. The future looks very bright for Shaolin HKB

Made it back to USA safe and sound

I just made it back safe and sound in USA last night, felt so good meeting my lovely wife and son. I want to thank Antonello Parisi and Everyone for his great VIP Hospitality and all the effort to make this event possible in Italy. I am grateful to Antonello because of his work for Shaolin HKB in Italy. As of right now, Shaolin HKB have an instructor 'seed' in the North, Central, South and Far South of Italy.

                  The Official Shaolin HKB Martial Arts Program

There has been tremendous success in spreading the Hek Ki Boen Eng Chun system in the United States, Europe, South America, Middle East, and Asia.  Due to the rapid worldwide demand for our teachings and the success of now having representatives in multiple countries on four continents, we are proud to announce our new improved international program, Shaolin Hek Ki Boen System[1].


Shaolin Hek Ki Boen System is the realization of Sifu Lin’s training methods that have been perfected over the last two years.  These innovations in training have been proven by Sifu Lin in his training of students and development of instructors worldwide.  The Shaolin Hek Ki Boen System program has been piloted over the last year.  This program allows all students and Instructor Candidates to achieve basic skills within six months.  All videos and materials published thus far have shown only these basic skill sets.


Sifu Lin is in the final stage of preparation for the official unveiling of Shaolin Hek Ki Boen System  to the public.  The official release will begin in early 2012; once the Hek Ki Boen Eng Chun elders (Grandmasters) give their blessings to Sifu Lin as founder and Grandmaster of Shaolin Hek Ki Boen System .

Awesome HKB weekend so far. We had super hard training on wheel bearing body on friday with all of our instructor team from HKB of katy, HKB of Dayton, HKB of Cincinati and HKB of centerville. On Saturday we had a full day SUCCESSFUL HKB Fall training camp and it was a full house. We cover the whole blue print of HKB system. We had our special guest, sifu Sharif Bey from Syracus New York of Hung gar system participating in our workshop. Everyone had super had training so far and really enjoy HKB.

We had the final instructor training on Sunday, covered deeper aspect of wheel bearing body and its application. I pushed everyone limit on that day. Even though their body still need time to 'click', but the knowledge had been successfully trasmitted.

Overall. it was a very successful HKB Training Camp Workshop and Instructor Weekend training.
With the rate we are going of raising the bar, HKB Continue to grow VERY STRONG.

Note: It was also my honor and pleasure to have our special Guest, Sifu Sharif Anael Bey of Hung Gar, training together with us. We had a great time myself this past weekend. Thank you so much Bey Sifu for your kind words and support. You speak too highly about myself.

HKB Fall Training Camp coming up this weekend

I am very excited about this coming HKB Fall Training Camp coming up this weekend. There will be training for members and Public on Saturday Nov 5, 2011 start at 9:30am until 5/6pm. Dinner will follow (TBA). There will also be Instructor Training both Friday and Sunday.

In the same time, I am looking forward to welcome Sifu Benny Meng (VTM Curator) and his team from Hek Ki Boen of Dayton and  HKB of Cincinnati. HKB of Texas will also be here on Friday as well. Along with that, I also want to welcome our Special Guest, Sifu Sharif Anael Bey of Hung Gar School in Syracus New York that will arrive here on Saturday.

Excellent Class tonight. Everyone seem to have fun learning with excellent workout. Suheng Gordon did a great job leading the class tonight. In the Leadership class, I want to give shout out to Cheryl and Julie for being able to perform the 'dropped the weight' during bridging hand. Great job everyone. Looking forward for tomorow night class.

HKB Trip Report to United Kingdom on October 2011

Dear Instructors, Students, Parents and Friends,

I just got back from a very very successful trip from United Kingdom training with Sifu Brendan Burnett and other students.

During my stay between October 21 to 30 in UK, Every day we start at 10 in the morning right after breakfast. Training with regular students, followed by Instructor Candidates training in the afternoon, then Public class, seminar and workshop on the evening, followed by private training afterwards.

Everyone who participated in this HKB Workshop for that week and clearly understand that there is no secret recipe in Kungfu. It’s all HARD WORK.

Overall, it was a fun, exciting and hard training of HKB system.  I want to congratulate all the Future representative of HKB for being accepted into the HKB Instructor Candidates Program and had a chance to taste HKB “Hard Core ‘Sunday’ Training” . After observing for a week, I knew I made the right decision bringing you guys into this ICP Program. I know for sure that HKB will grow strong and nourish in UK.

Safe and sound back in USA after UK Trip

Have made it back home safe and sound in USA after very successful seminar and ICP training in UK. I want to take this opportunity to express my grattitude to Sifu Brendan Burnett, our HKB Contact for UK, who made this HKB Event in UK.

Thank you so much for the VIP Treatment during my Stay and UK. I had a great time. Thank you everyone who went out of the way to support. After working with our students in UK and getting to know them, I can be sure 100% that HKB will grow very strong in the near future in UK.

Raise the bar

Today, i pushed all of our HKB instructor candidates, future representatives of HKB for UK, to their human limit on the training from 10am until 3pm and I am very happy with the result so far. in the evening, we went to local MMA school to do a HKB workshop and seminar from 6pm til 9pm. Everyone was blown away with the depth of HKB and what kind of benefit it can bring to improve their martial arts skills regardless their background, especially how HKB Unique concept of detachment can maximize their ability to release their shock impulsed power.

Base in what i have seen the last two days, i feel very positive that UK will definetely be another strong home for HKB. Looking forward for tomorow. Another hard training is on the menu for private session with some of my students.

Lovely night!

Lovely night!. We just finished another 4 hour training. We just had our newest member, Tony Layne, on board with us. Rebecca did really impress everyone with her agility of footwork. Awesome job! Also Adia and Eric, both are still on the white sash, but already have HKB first degree Impulse Power (Hoat Keng).Good job everyone. I am going home now and get prepared for trip to UK.....

Another Awesome Kung Fu Night Training! Felt so good teaching tonight at my HQ School. What really makes me happy is some students show their huge improvements compare to last week. Great Job Paul Musick! Even with some pain in his finger (Got cut at work today) still insisted not only to show up and participate, but also ave 120% of his effort.! Two thumbs up Paul!. I want to wish my Sifu, GM Tio Tek Kwi, to have a successful Hek Ki Boen Eng Chun seminar in Thailand.

Ever Since I brought HKB to the public since early 2005, it has grown and spread to more than 14 countries.

GM Tio, who is one of my Sifu, had taught me many things with HKB, especially moral character development. I am very grateful to be his student as well. He always taught me to be a good person with integrity, loyalty and respect for others.
This is why I always stress to my students worldwide the importance of being a good person. I always try to influence people who associate with me to be a good person, otherwise,  they cannot stay as a member in my association. KUngfu is just a vehicle to have Zhen Shan Mei (Complete perfection in life), this includes becoming a good moral person with good etiquette to always respect others. This is what makes Martial Arts so powerful; The lifeskill. Neglecting this part of kungfu teaching will just turn someone to be a hitman or a person with hatred.

We grow older everyday. Nobody wants to keep planting bad seeds by making enemies, then how would their life become when they turn 70 years old? It is not good to be someone at this age filled with hatred. No one will want to associate with you.

I hope GM Tio's teaching in Thailand now can be accepted into the heart and become fruitful. This requires serious awareness, attention, and implementation in your life.

I hope this seminar in Thailand can bring positive benefits to our Shaolin HKB organization whose mission is to spread the teaching of HKB Eng Chun.

Beautiful Morning Shaolin HKB session!

Just had a great Morning Shaolin HKB session with my students at my headquarter school; Shaolin Kungfu Center in Fredericksburg, VA. Awesome class!! I can't express how happy I am to see how much my student has improved just in the last three weeks. Especially Paul(Tony) Musick and Keith. They both blow my mind away on how smooth they perform their skill challenge especially dealing with front kick.

My goal in life is to make people life better through kungfu and achieve their goal in life. For their martial arts field, it is my utmost focus to maximize their training progression and improve their skill to the highest they can ever be. Seeing their progression today just made my day BEAUTIFUL perfect Kungfu Day!
