Dear Students, Members and Friends,

After reaching my goals this year to built the current HKB School in Fredericksburg VA 5 months earlier, with our proven Marketing and Business strategy, I am now proudly want to announce that Hek Ki Boen is COMING TO WEST COAST. We are in the process setting up a new HKB School in Los Angeles area in California.  Myself will be personally leading this project.

With that being said, we are also currently seeking for Instructors who want to teach HKB Kung Fu and run a martial arts school as a FULL TIME CAREER for all 3 locations; Irvine CA, Fredericksburg VA and also Dayton OH. Starting Salary will be between $30,000 to $60,000 per year + Incentive and Bonus. The candidate must be certified in HKB Business Training and HKB Instructor Training. Made it back safe and sound in USA

Made it back home safe and sound last night. I want to express my gratitude for everyone hospitality in Italy; Sifu Riccardo Di Vito (And His wife Daniella), Sifu Antonello Parisi and Sifu Gianluca Giusto, they went out of their way to make this HKB Event possible and gave VIP Treatment...
It was a very successful HKB Trip for training the ICP and Expansion in Italy.

Had 2nd ICP Core training yesterday, i am glad they had a direct experience of what makes HKB Unique and effective system.....

Yesterday we had the 2nd day of ICP training, I introduced the main secret of HKB = Hard work. Key is the HKB's unique training methodlogy.....everyone finally understand that HKB is fair system that, your skill is direct result from how much training effort u r willing to put on it.

Today is the last day of ICP training for Savona group, super extreme hard training is one the menu for sure!!!!

Successful 1st day of ICP training in savona italy, plus additional more people from turin, carrara and tuscan already expressed their interest in becoming part of our icp program right after thieir 1st direct experience in HKB

Just done with 1st day of ICP training in savona, italy. I am very happy to see the progressions of the my instructors. There are more people coming from all over te places, turin, carrara, Tuscan etc. right after their first experience in HKB, they already expressed their interest to be accepted into the hek ki boen icp program. The future of HKB looks very bright in Italy. Super hard training will be on menu for tomorow.

My advice/prediction in the ”Ren Chen” Year of Dragon Water Yang(+) overview;

This year will be the year of ‘wake-up’, as the Combination Dragon with Water(+) element will give energy of ‘replacement’. There will be a lot of changes this year. If your position is strong, this year is a good year that you have been waiting for, to boost your current success to the top.

If you have not done so well lately, please plan everything with extreme caution; always strive for the best and anticipate the worst situation, especially in financial, health and relationship. Preparing students at HKB Headquarter for testing next week.

Just finish teaching an awesome class at Shaolin HKB Headquarter; Shaolin Kungfu Center.

We were working on reviewing all drills and techniques, preparing for the testing next week. We went to cover Footwork, Stance, Hand Methods, Leg Methods, Sparring, Bridging Hand, Sam Chian Po and Siauw Lim Do Section of Eng Chun Kun Form. Looking forward to each ADVANCE HKB Materials tomorrow to my Master Clubs. Super Hard training will be on the menu !!

Awesome progression on my instructors

Just finished teaching both of my Instructor, Suhu Andrew Wonpat and Gordon Pollard. This afternoon We worked on the Tim Kiao Section of Eng Chun Kun Form of HKB Kuntao, 3rd Sam Chian using 3rd degree Hoat Keng [Impulsed Energy], Heaven Earth Man Concept in relation to Energy, No Distance Explosiveness of Hoat Keng, Liam Kut (Bone Marrow Cultivation), The Qi Gong Energy Cultivation during the Sam Chian Training and some other important advance training. I am very happy about their progression and be able to absorb my teaching completely. The knowledge had been transmitted today!

Afterward, I started working on organizing our Taoist Altar in preparating for the upcoming Chinese New Year Eve this Jan 22, before leaving for my Winter International Seminar Marathon again starting the end of this month.

Tonight training is Wow.....

It was a wowwwww Training tonight. Feel good to be back and teaching again. Colton, Clay, John and Keith did a great job leading the class tonight. After the Orientation Program Class, I blew the mind away from the leadership class by showing them the two directional vector versus 1 directional vector in regards to Bridging hand and how much different did it make with a slight small details.......Looking forward to teach again tomorrow morning.....at Shaolin HKB HQ; www.shaolinkungfucenter.com
